I do not want to be a fussy customer, and i do not want to be pushy. I also completely understand, not every time a car can be released to customer immediately. That is not the issue. It never was the issue. The issue is that i have made booking fee payment for my car on 3rd June 2017. and today is 3rd July .. but i still do not have a clear date on when the car can be released. NOT EVEN A BALLPARK DATE!!! Further more i called the customer service hotline and there has not even been allocation to me yet.
1 month or 3 months... its for the customer to decide if they choose to wait or not. For me the sale rep of Motorzoom said that i could receive my car next month ( In July) . From the Whatsapp messages attached, i was not forcing them to release the car early... I only wanted to know WHEN.. so i could inform the buyer of my car when he could take it. THAT WAS ALL!!! A simple early, mid or End of month would have sufficed.. But since no response was given, i asked another dealership, and they told me that the car could be released within a week??!! Why can one Toyota dealership give me a release date while another could not ? I seriously don't get it.
And to make things worst, the sales person even needs 15 days to tell me if the car comes with navigation as per the show unit or not ??? I think this should be basic knowledge for the sales staff. 15 days also to get back to me that the used car she deals with doesn't want to take my car. Dates, Features and Responses by used cars.. i don't think these things take 15-20 days to reply.
Frankly, i am tired of acting like the salesperson calling and messaging every few days to ask a customer for a sale.... I hope Toyota Malaysia HQ can resolve the poor service Motozoom .
However, if business from small people like me are not so important, do let me know, and i will select a car from a different brand that is more willing to attend to their customers.

Sales Agent also not gotten back to me.. promised to get back to me by today as per below whatsapp messages.

Toyota Malaysia HQ got back to me. Date of car release would be 20++ July .
Sales Agent still has not gotten back to me... After some thought... Due to lack of respect from Sales Agent as her customer, no reply and update received via Toyota HQ. And after almost 3 weeks waiting for an update and requesting updates from all ssorts of sources ... the final result was an additional 2-3 more weeks of waiting... I have decided to terminate my Booking and requested immediate refund for Full booking feed.
